Annual Swap and Shop
Join us in celebrating Earth Day with our annual Swap and Shop event! Leading up to the event, bring any items from your home that you no longer need but are still in good condition. We'll gather these items and set up a shop where you can browse and choose what you'd like, all without exchanging money. This event not only promotes recycling in our homes but also teaches children the value of second-hand goods and donating what they no longer need. Prospective Student Open House
If you are interested in our Primary Program, Summer Camp, Toddler Time, or any of our other programs, make sure to head to the school anytime between 5pm and 7pm on Tuesday, March 19th. We will be hosting our Annual Prospective Students Open House. This is a time to come and experience the classrooms, meet our teachers and team members, as well as meet like-minded parents. Bring your whole family! You can talk to the teachers and discuss the school while your children explore the classrooms, meet new friends, and interact with the teachers. No need to make reservations. We are so excited to meet you and show you what make LGM and our community so special.

February 16th Date Night
Give yourself a night off and drop your kids off at LGM. While they have a blast making cookies, watching a movie, and doing crafts, you get to relax either alone or with your partner.

Phew! After a non-stop holiday season, you deserve a breather! That's why we're here to rescue you with a special treat: Date Night for your little munchkins! Think pizza, movies, popcorn, crafts, games - pretty much everything your kiddo loves!
Aged 2.75 and above: $25.00 per child, $5 discount for each additional sibling ($20 each).
Aged Under 2.75: $35 per child, $5 discount for each additional sibling ($30 each).

Drop and Shop
Tis the season to be jolly and, let's face it, a tad frazzled too! With parties to attend, gifts to wrap, and endless decorating, it's no wonder we need a little elf-help. Enter our Drop and Shop extravaganza! Simply drop off your little ones for four hours of holiday magic, while you take care of business. We'll keep them busy with cookie decorating, crafts, and filling their tummies with a scrumptious lunch. And, guess what? Unlike past events, we've got you covered if you have tots younger than 2.75 years old. We've got an early childhood education specialist on board who will take care of your littlest elves. Availability is limited, so don't wait too long to inquire.
The cost is $45 for one child and $40 for each additional sibling. Infant and toddler care is slightly pricier at $50 per child, but we promise it's worth it. Your little ones will have a holly jolly time, while you take care of your festive to-do list!
LGM Toddler Time
Hey Toddlers!! We have not forgotten about you.
Join us on Thursday and Friday mornings from 10 until 11:30 AM for music and fun playtime with a Montessori spin. Come to learn and play with other like-minded parents and learn how to bring the joys of Montessori techniques into your homes.

I like to move it, move it camp
Spend time with us at Little Garden Montessori for I Like to Move It, Move It camp. From July 5th through 8th join us for dance and movement fun. Together we will go through movement from African dance to ballet as well as ninja skills, stretching and yoga even spy moves. If you have a young one from ages 3 to 6 years and they love to move, this camp is for you.

Space camp
Come to Little Garden Montessori’s Space camp. We will learn about our universe, where we are located in the solar system and our role in the world. Space explorers will navigate their way through our solar system with art project imaginative play with other friends their own age.

Dinosaur camp
If your 3 to 6 year old loves dinosaurs, this is the camp for them. At Little Garden Montessori’s Dino camp we will become dinosaur detectives finding bones and teeth in the playground, we’ll become archaeologists and uncover fossilized dinosaur eggs and we’ll watch a dinosaur show. Dinosaur explorers can expect to have some fun the sprinkler, build with blocks and have fun with friends on the playground.

Parent Education Night
November 15th will be our second Parent Education Night and all are welcome. This time we will be discussing the book Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance by Angela Duckworth. This book works well in hand with Carol S. Dweck’s Mindset: the New Psychology of Success. This event will run from 6 - 7 PM Little Garden Montessori and will be followed at 7:30 at Landmark Grill located in the intersection of Rt 55 and Rt 82 for appetizers and cocktails. All are welcome, please let me know by 11/8 if you plan to attend.
"We Like To Move It, Move It!" Camp
Little Garden Montessori presents, "We Like to Move It, Move It!" Camp, where we will explore movement in a variety of ways including music & dance, yoga, tumbling and obstacle courses.
STEM Camp
At STEM Camp we will ask the tough questions like, will it sink or will it float? We will play with light and shadow and we will explore simple machines and locomotion.

Make It Camp
Need something for your little one to do over the summer? Try Little Garden Montessori's Make It Camp. From June 21st through 25th we will make tie dye shirts, handmade paper, pasta, playdough and much more.
$300 per week for children ages 3 to 6 years.

Let's Build a Garden
“Let’s Build a Garden” is LGM’s first community event.
Join LGM families in helping construct our garden on the playground on Saturday, April 10th from 12 to 2 PM. We have garden beds to create, raised beds to build (from pallets), a butterfly and Zen garden to construct, a living tunnel to set up and few other little beautification projects to take part in. We could use the help and we are looking forward to meeting everyone face to face in a safe way.

Event One
Move with Me! Is a new class offered by Little Garden Montessori for toddlers and their adult that is focused on learning through play.
In this class we will focus on how movement can prepare the child for lifelong learning. Move with Me! is a fun and interactive class that will develop the “tools” the child will need to encounter and explore their world. Children at this age are getting into everything, why not allow the child the space and opportunity to grow, learn and explore. Little Garden Montessori believes this will create lifelong learners.
